Fiction : Stories - Flow Of Thoughts
Hukmdev Narayan Yadav is a sensitive leader with a passionate fighting spirit, and  a parliamentarian who is sympathetic and diligent. He has left an indelible impression on the legislative assembly in Bihar as well as Indian Parliament.  The book, ‘Flow of Thoughts’ (Talk of village, poor, farmers in Parliament) is a collection of his speeches delivered on various issues.  He has raised important issues in both the Parliament and parliamentary committees. During zero hour in Parliament, while speaking on various issues pertaining to common interest, he has not only put forward constructive viewpoints before government and the nation, but when it comes to national and common interest, he is committed to the concept of nation first. On one hand Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia’s views show a deep impact on Shri Hukmdev‘s statements, on the other hand it reflects socio-economic aspects of principles held by originator of Integral Humanism, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya and Mahatma Gandhi. While he speaks out with utmost sincerity regarding upliftment and rights of the backward groups and scheduled castes, at the same time he whole heartedly supports creation of a harmonious society as propagated by Deendayalji. ContentsAuthor's Note —Pgs. 7An Open Letter to the Colleagues of Janata Dal —Pgs. 15Recognise the Values of Lok Nayak —Pgs. 25Whether to Stay Away from the ‘Battle’ of Samajwadi or to Cooperate with the BJP —Pgs. 32Whirlpool of Corruption —Pgs. 36Lohia in the Present Times —Pgs. 41One More Letter of Yadav —Pgs. 45What Kind of Socialists? —Pgs. 55Transformation Calls for Determination —Pgs. 57All Parties have Looted Bihar —Pgs. 62Desire to Change the State of Inertia —Pgs. 67Ethical Power Versus Legislative Power —Pgs. 71Bread Politics in the Politics of Bread —Pgs. 73The Storm of Change Rises and gets Settled here Itself —Pgs. 77Battle of Righteousness has to be Fought Against Oneself —Pgs. 80Who Loves the Backward and the Lower Castes? —Pgs. 84Difference between India and Bharat —Pgs. 87Today there is no Opposition —Pgs. 89A Vow ‘Awaken the Village—  The Impoverished, the Farmer’ —Pgs. 93Is it Necessary for Politics to  get out of  Caste Polarisation? —Pgs. 98National Policies have to be Developed for the  Development of Agriculture —Pgs. 105The Struggle between the Divergent Cultures of  India vis-á-vis Bharat —Pgs. 116Nativity and Self-reliance are the  Foundations  for the Poor and the Farmers —Pgs. 123Where do We get Justice?  —Pgs. 127Need for the Battle of Righteousness —Pgs. 129Where will the Farmer Go? —Pgs. 132Farmer: The Lifeline of Indian Culture —Pgs. 134Charan Singh, the Savior of  Villages and the Backward —Pgs. 136The BJP has to Change the Face of the Society —Pgs. 141Indulgence, Corruption, Terrorism and Violence —Pgs. 145Politicisation of Reservation in the Reservation Politics —Pgs. 149What Kind of Elections does Election Commission  Want to Conduct? —Pgs. 152Karpoori Thakur had Given Self-respect to the  Hearts of Thousands —Pgs. 157Today there is Neither Ruling Party, Nor Opposition —Pgs. 161Disciples have Also Forgotten Lohia —Pgs. 166Why this Racism doesn’t End? —Pgs. 172Better Light a Candle than Curse Darkness —Pgs. 176Racism Growing Stronger —Pgs. 180The Concluding Year of the Century Forecasts Something —Pgs. 185Only with the Power of Lord Shiva the Construction of a New Society is Possible —Pgs. 190The Moving Narrative of a Poor Farmer and Soil —Pgs. 197The Great Deception has been  Proved Once Again  —Pgs. 203Right Representation Forms  the Basis of Equality —Pgs. 208Is it Rright to Tax the Income from Agriculture? —Pgs. 213The Incidence of Flood is a Common Phenomenon  in Bihar Sans Remedies in Place —Pgs. 217The Dream of Ramrajya will be Fulfilled only  with Local Governance —Pgs. 222What does Bihar Want? —Pgs. 227Bihar was Good but Became Very Bad —Pgs. 233Reservation is not a Solution —Pgs. 239Man Slaughterer are  More Callous than Wild Animals —Pgs. 244How Long will this Loot Continue? —Pgs. 248Skilled and Capable Human Beings —Pgs. 256Need to Overcome the Shortcomings —Pgs. 261Why and What Type of Presidential System? —Pgs. 266Need for Land Reforms in the Right Sense —Pgs. 270Criminal Culture in Politics —Pgs. 275Society Building— Penance of  Deendayal —Pgs. 283In the Memory of Lohia —Pgs. 289About Farmers —Pgs. 293Human Beings Bear the Brunt of Corruption —Pgs. 297The Objectives of Rule of Equality —Pgs. 302
